I am a fellowship-trained Consultant ENT Surgeon with a subspecialist interest in Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery. My NHS practice is based at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. Privately, I see patients at Adnova Clinic in Fareham, Medicana Winchester and Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital.

I trained in the Wessex Deanery through the NIHR Academic Clinical Programme, completing a PhD in Rhinology before undertaking advanced fellowships in Rhinology, Anterior Skull Base Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery. I am certified in Cosmetic Nasal Surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons and am on the GMC Specialist Register for Otolaryngology.

I have published over 60 peer-reviewed articles, delivered more than 30 national and international presentations, and received over 25 academic awards. I am a member of ENT UK, the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery and the British Society of Rhinoplasty Surgeons.

My specialist areas include rhinoplasty, septorhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, functional nasal airway surgery, nasal valve reconstruction, septoplasty, turbinoplasty, sinus surgery, nasal polyps, nasal allergy, postnasal drip, smell loss and general ENT conditions.

I regularly perform cosmetic rhinoplasty, primary open rhinoplasty, functional and cosmetic septorhinoplasty, dorsal preservation rhinoplasty, Piezo ultrasonic rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, structural rhinoplasty, tip refinement surgery, septoplasty, nasal valve reconstruction, powered endoscopic turbinoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery, image-guided FESS, complex and revision sinus surgery, frontal sinus surgery including Draf I, Draf IIa/IIb and Draf III procedures, polypectomy, fungal sinusitis surgery, nasal fracture manipulation, nasal endoscopy and biopsy, and management of epistaxis including endoscopic cautery and sphenopalatine artery ligation.

Adnova is self-pay only and does not accept insurance. Patients do not need a GP referral and can contact my secretary directly. I have one of the largest specialist rhinoplasty and septorhinoplasty practices on the South Coast and offer advanced techniques including Piezo rhinoplasty and dorsal preservation rhinoplasty.

**Medicana Winchester**
At Medicana Winchester, I see insured and self-pay patients with nasal, sinus and general ENT conditions. These include nasal blockage, postnasal drip, nasal discharge, nasal allergy, acute and chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, fungal sinusitis, nasal bleeding, nasal cancer assessment, acute nasal injury, loss of smell, ear symptoms, throat symptoms, voice problems and other general ENT concerns. Surgery includes FESS, turbinoplasty, septoplasty, polypectomy, endoscopic nasal procedures and selected general ENT procedures.

**Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital**

This includes assessment of nasal obstruction, sinusitis, nasal polyps, postnasal drip, rhinitis, smell loss, nasal injury, recurrent epistaxis, ear symptoms, throat symptoms and other general ENT problems.
