About me

Dr Lynch is a consultant neurologist at the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery at Queen Square. Dr Lynch has a large general neurology practice, seeing patients with a variety of problems including headache, migraine, dizziness, numbness, balance problems and functional neurological disorder. He also has a special expertise in Inherited White Matter Disorders, and leads the NHS England Highly Specialist Service for this group of rare diseases. He completed a PhD in neurogenetics at the Institute of Neurology in 2017 and has a strong clinical and research interest in white matter disorders, also called leukodystrophies, cerebral small vessel disease, and the evaluation of patients with white matter abnormalities on imaging.
