About me

I am a BACP accredited psychospiritual counsellor. My modalities are humanistic and integrative. I specialise in inner child work, which is supportive for many common mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. The inner child can contaminate adult life in various ways such as codependency, trust issues, intimacy issues, acting in or acting out, irrational or magical thinking. I work in private practice where I also offer Matrix Reimprinting with Emotional Freedom Technique and Somatic Shamanism (which includes Internal Family Systems, polyvegal exercises and somatic experiencing). I am also trained in Equine Facilitated Counselling and have two ponies who are part of a beautiful connected herd.
