About me

I am Kate, a registered, accredited counsellor.

I am an integrative therapist, which means I vary the approach I use according to the needs of the client.

During my time as a counsellor I have gained experiences from working in pre and post bereavement in a hospice setting, and domestic abuse.

I have an expertise in working with young people in a variety of settings including school, hospice and outdoors

My aim is to create a space for you, which is confidential and safe, allowing you to navigate
through challenging aspects of your life without feeling judged.

The therapeutic relationship is an important part to creating this. It is essential that you feel able to connect with your therapist.

I offer face to face sessions, online and telephone counselling.
