About me

I'm a BACP Accredited Counsellor and EMDR Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting people through life's challenges. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and tailored to your needs, helping you feel safe, heard, and understood.

How I Can Help:

Life can be overwhelming at times and struggles with anxiety, stress, trauma or relationship difficulties are more common than you might think - life can feel hard right? With the right support, it is possible to feel better and regain control. I use an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic models, and as an EMDR therapist, I specialise in helping people process challenging and/or traumatic experiences of any kind, but have particular expertise in perinatal mental health.
