About me

Sheila is a HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience providing
therapy for clients with a range of mental health difficulties. She has supported individuals to
manage and overcome such presentations as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, work-related stress, complex trauma, loss, phobias, relationship difficulties, anger management problems and psychosis. She strongly believes that because everyone is unique, it is important that therapeutic interventions are always tailored for each client's individual's needs, rather than adopting a one size fits all approach.
