About me

I am a highly qualified Psychotherapist with over 15 years of diverse experience in psychotherapy and counselling techniques.
I hold accreditation with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
My career has afforded me the opportunity to work with several well-being-focused organizations, including The Priory Group, Nuffield Hospital, and various GP surgeries and bereavement centres. In these roles, I have supported clients dealing with stress, OCD, anxiety, depression, grief, severe trauma, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
I have also been involved with several Employee Assistance Programmes, helping staff achieve optimal workplace functioning by fostering motivation and interpersonal effectiveness, which in turn reduces absences.
My training encompasses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), with approval from BUPA and Nuffield. Additionally, I am a clinical hypnotherapist.
I volunteer in a fairtrade shop.
