About me

I'm a fully qualified MBACP Accredited, Winchester based Therapist offering Humanistic Counselling. I also hold Certificates in Couples and Group Therapy. I offer a warm and accepting space to adults to explore issues around relationships, stress, anxiety, depression and loss.

I am an Integrative Counsellor drawing on different theoretical approaches such as Transactional Analysis, Person Centred and Relational perspectives dependent on the needs of the clients.

I'm a BUPA recognised Therapist and also work as a Supervisor with several Counselling Agencies and in Private Practice.
