About me

You may be used to managing well on the surface, while underneath things don't quite feel right. You might be overthinking, holding high standards for yourself, or quietly carrying more than feels sustainable. You may have lost confidence, be navigating change or feeling overwhelmed.

I am a BABCP Accredited CBT therapist with over 15 years' experience helping people to understand and improve their mental health and wellbeing. Our mental health is dynamic. It fluctuates on a scale of 'healthiness' (much like our bodies) at different times in our lives depending on the circumstances we are experiencing, and the tools we have to navigate them.

CBT offers a structured, practical way to understand what's keeping you stuck and begin making changes that feel realistic and sustainable. My approach is thoughtful, calm, and collaborative. I offer a steady space to slow things down, helping you understand patterns in how you think, feel, and respond, and work out what feels most helpful moving forward.

I have spent most of my career working within the NHS; you can still find me there now. I am a CBT therapist, and team leader in a local NHS Talking Therapies Service. I have been leading a team of therapists since 2021.
