About me

About Me
I am a therapist at The Priory Hospital in Chelmsford, where I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate mental health challenges. In addition to my role at The Priory, I work with AXA as a Clinical Counselling Assessor and run a private therapeutic practice. My practice provides a safe, friendly, and confidential space for individuals and families to explore their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

My Approach
Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and I understand that no single approach fits everyone. That's why I take an integrative approach, tailoring each session to the specific needs of my clients. Whether you need one-to-one therapy for mental health concerns, support through bereavement, family support, help with parenting, or CAMHS guidance, I am here to assist you.

Family Support
Families often face unique challenges, and I offer dedicated family support services to help you navigate these difficulties. Whether you're dealing with communication issues, parenting challenges, or the impact of mental health on family dynamics, I provide the tools and guidance needed to foster understanding and strengthen relationships within your family.

Building a Therapeutic Relationship
I believe that the foundation of successful therapy lies in a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we can work through the challenges you're facing and find effective ways to manage them.

How I Can Help
Life's challenges can be overwhelming, especially when they affect both individuals and families. Whatever the source of your discomfort, I am here to help you and your loved ones find a path to well-being. Together, we can work towards healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
