About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist, and I provide individual therapy to adults, both online and in Newton Mearns, Glasgow. I also provide therapy to children, adolescents, and couples.

My Qualifications:

Doctorate (D.Psych) in Counselling Psychology
Masters (MSc) in Psychological Studies

I have 10 years of experience providing psychological therapy in the NHS, primary and secondary schools, colleges, universities, charitable organisations and in private practice, throughout Scotland.

My approach is all about providing a warm, accepting and empowering space to help you explore your difficulties, and together, to find a way forward.

Attending therapy can be daunting, but you will be met with warmth, understanding, professionalism and a commitment to help you move forward to a healthier and happier phase of your life.

In my work with children and young people, I utilise play-based and creative therapy tools to suit the unique needs of their age and developmental stage.
