About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist working with adults and offering online therapy and assessment. I provide a warm, compassionate and collaborative space where clients can feel safe to explore their difficulties, gain insight, and work towards meaningful change.

My areas of expertise include EMDR, complex trauma, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, attachment difficulties, autism assessment and ADHD assessment. I work with adults who may be struggling with the impact of past experiences, feeling overwhelmed in the present, or seeking a clearer understanding of themselves through psychological or neurodevelopmental assessment.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, tailored to each person's needs, goals and strengths. I place particular importance on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and adapting therapy to the individual. Alongside therapeutic work, I also offer assessment for autism and ADHD in adults and children.

I have experience working in both the NHS and private practice, supporting adults with a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties. I am registered with the HCPC, a member of the BPS, and trained in EMDR with EMDR Europe accreditation/membership.

I aim to help clients feel understood, develop insight into the patterns affecting their wellbeing, and find practical, lasting ways forward.
