About me

Hello. I'm a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and counsellor with over 33 years experience in a variety of NHS and other settings. I am an adult and mental health nurse by background and have worked with most issues and diagnoses over the years. I have 25 years background in universities leading staff, teaching, researching and writing psychotherapy courses. My clients tell me how compassionate and caring I am and how much I have helped them. they often recommend me to others.
