I am a warm, open, person centred counsellor. I work in a holistic and creative way. I aim to provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore your issues and to develop understanding. This in turn leads to the possibility of deep and lasting change.

Areas of interest

Over the past eighteen years I have helped many clients develop greater self-awareness and kindness towards themselves, working with a variety of issues including: anxiety; attachment issues and trauma; depression; bereavement; relationship difficulties; work related issues; loneliness; sexual violence; trauma and peri-natal issues.
