About me

I am a degree qualified, BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I specialise in online therapy, offering sessions via video, phone, email or text to suit your needs.

Clients often describe me as warm, supportive and easy to talk to yet also direct and focused. Once we agree on a goal, I'm committed to helping you work towards it. I work integratively, drawing from person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT, psychodynamic theory and solution-focused approaches to tailor treatment to your individual needs.

Our first session is free, a chance to explore what's brought you to therapy and see whether we are a good fit. You'll do most of the talking while I ask questions to understand your experience more fully. Together, well identify your goals and consider the most effective way forward. There's no obligation to continue unless it feels right for you.

We typically begin by addressing what's happening right now. Many clients arrive feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted or stuck sometimes without knowing exactly why. We'll focus on what can be shifted quickly to help you feel more in control, including any thoughts or behaviours running on autopilot. If the past is shaping the present, we can explore that too. By uncovering patterns that no longer serve you, we can design a more intentional path forward.

Common issues I work with include anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, bereavement, low self-esteem, men's issues, and a general sense of being stuck or directionless.

I work with adults, including employee assistance referrals. Therapy is primarily delivered online via video or phone, with options for email or text-based sessions. In-person appointments are subject to availability.

With four degrees, specialist postgraduate training, and thousands of hours of client work, I bring a depth of knowledge but more importantly, a real commitment to helping you make meaningful change
.
Most clients start to notice positive shifts within the first month.
