About me

I am a qualified and experienced BACP accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist. In addition to in person I specialise in working with clients online via video chat or telephone.

In your first session we will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress.

In our sessions, you set the agenda and I bring to bear my knowledge of integrative therapy principles, cognitive-behavioural techniques, psychodynamic theory, and evidence-based science to help you attain your goals.

I will work with you to understand where the issues come from and what we can do to overcome them. This will involve working out why this is happening, then finding ways for you to regulate your physical reactions, thoughts, behaviours and environment, creating a sense of control and an ability to cope.

As a psychotherapist, my role is to guide and support you in your journey towards emotional resilience and growth.
