Miss Gruener is a distinguished, multi-award-winning Consultant Neuro-Ophthalmologist and Cataract Surgeon with world-class training from Moorfields Eye Hospital and The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She is one of an exceptionally small number of specialists globally to hold three advanced fellowships�in Neuro-Ophthalmology, Glaucoma, and Inflammatory Eye Disease (Uveitis). This uniquely broad expertise allows her to take a truly holistic approach to diagnosis and treatment, offering comprehensive, highly personalised care.

She is an expert in managing the full spectrum of neuro-ophthalmic conditions, including disorders affecting the optic nerve and visual pathways. In addition, she is a highly experienced cataract surgeon, performing state-of-the-art, micro-incision, sutureless cataract surgery with one of the lowest complication rates nationally. She regularly manages complex and high-risk cases and is a trusted referral point for challenging cataract surgeries. In private practice, Miss Gruener also offers access to premium intraocular lenses, tailored to reduce dependence on glasses and enhance visual outcomes.
