About me
I am a professional counsellor with 15 years experience. I run sessions with both adults, adolescents and children. There are many ups and downs in our lives. Counselling provides support for the things that are troubling us and gives us a calm, safe space to discuss difficult topics and feelings. I am here to empathize and support you through anything that is happening in your life. Children may not have the vocabulary to tell others how they feel. Using creative tools allows them to explore the feelings they do not have words for.
