About me

I am a highly qualified and experienced therapist who is registered and accredited with BACP. I provide a confidential and professional service. I have been in private practice since 2011 combining this with work in the Public Sector providing welfare and counselling services to front line services and back office staff.

I understand that at times we can all feel that lifes challenges can be overwhelming. At such times times having someone to talk to can be helpful.

You can be assured when working with me that you will be afforded a safe, non judgemental space to talk and explore your feelings. Together we will look to find actionable steps that can help to enhance your emotional wellbeing.

I work with short and long term clients dependent on need and preference. In some instances a solution focussed approach may mean only a single session is required.

My office is conveniently based on the Weston Road in Stafford, close to the County Hospital. It is easily accessible by public transport and also has free car parking On Site. If you prefer to have therapy from the comfort of your own home I also offer remote counselling via video link or phone.

I recognise that fitting therapy into a busy lifestyle can also be a challenge so I aim to be as flexible as possible offering weekend and evening appointments to suit your schedule.
