About me

I'm an Integrative Counsellor and Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I provide a safe and confidential space for clients to open up and my approachable and compassionate nature means that together, we can explore the issues and struggles you are facing.
As an Integrative counsellor I offer an approach tailored to your needs, using different aspects from my training to help you understand your feelings, gain greater awareness and perspective and to support you to bring about some of the changes you want in your life. I am trained in Person Centred Counselling, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. I also hold a certificate in Couples Counselling.

Areas of interest

I work lots with anxiety and depression; trauma (including using the Rewind Technique); issues around confidence and self-esteem; bereavement and loss; relationship issues; post natal depression; menopause and other life changes; emotional regulation issues
