About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist and Trauma Specialist, chartered with the BPS and registered with the HCPC. In addition, I am an EMDR UK Practitioner and currently undergoing accreditation in Schema Therapy. I currently split my work as a senior psychologist in a busy London specialist psychotherapy NHS service and running a small private practice offering medium-long term therapy to adults.

I specialise in helping survivors experiencing the consequences of single or multiple adverse and traumatic life experiences, such as PTSD, complex PTSD, developmental trauma, dissociative issues, and personality disorders.

I am also experienced and interested in supporting individuals with a wide range of difficulties, including loss and bereavement, transitions, identity conflicts, emotion regulation difficulties, anxiety/panic, depression, addiction, family and relational challenges, poor sense of self, low self-esteem, high levels of shame and self-criticism, and chronic pain.

I draw upon a number of evidence-based psychological therapies in my clinical practice, including EMDR, attachment focused EMDR, schema therapy, compassion focused therapy, CBT and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I take an integrative approach by combining one or more of these therapeutic models as bespoke to my client's needs.
