About me

I help clients explore issues, build self-awareness and implement coping strategies. A lot of my experience is with Neurodiverse (ADHD & Autism) & LGBTQ+ clients. I also work with Male clients to help understand emotions and explore issues.

I'm an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist working in Manchester City Centre, Widnes & Online. As a Neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ therapist I have a lived experience in these areas and work extensively with clients in these communities.

I have experience of working with a multitude of presenting issues such as adhd, autism, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, PTSD, bereavement, shame, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ issues, gender identity, stigma, unhelpful & intrusive thoughts, feeling sad, social anxiety, low self-confidence, panic attacks, sexual abuse and work-related stress.
