About me

I offer a friendly professional supportive space for you to gain a greater insight and understanding of yourself - enabling self compassion and for you to find your own voice, and foster a health relationship with yourself and others. The individual is at the heart of the work I do.

I am an psychotherapist with a range of skills to work with your past, present and future using Psychodynamic, Compassion focused approach , EMDR, DBT skills, Acceptance an Commitment therapy and CBT. I will work with you to explore patterns of the past and how these might be affecting you in the present. I will work with you and support you to gain skills and strategies, allowing you to gain a deeper sense of understanding of yourself and have the confidence to regulate your emotions, fostering communication skills and healthy behaviour.

I have extensive knowledge and experience working with a wide range of presenting issues for example anxiety, self esteem, depression, relationship issues, Women's wellbeing, resilience and loss, pain management.

I hold a Master degree in Psychotherapy. I am accredited and registered with the BACP.
