About me

I'm Lauren, a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience in the NHS and private practice. I work with adults over 16 and with a range of diagnoses. As a Clinical Psychologist I am trained in multiple therapies, and I enjoy integrating several of these to create a bespoke therapy specific to your needs.

My NHS specialism is working with older people, people in caring roles, those with dementia and other long term health conditions. I am also trained in Cognitive Analytic Therapy and enjoy working with this technique. My research area is in men's mental health, promoting men to seek therapy and supporting partners of men with mental health problems
