About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist that offers compassionate, non-judgemental, evidence-based therapy to individuals facing multiple challenges to achieve lasting change. I work with a wide range of people, including those who may have:
 Neurodivergence; ADHD
 Anxiety, depression, and emotional distress
 Stress management and burnout
Impulse control and emotional regulation difficulties
 Relationship challenges

With extensive experience in supporting people to better understand their patterns of thinking and behaviour, I use CBT and and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) model to support people to address patterns that repeat in their lives and perhaps become problematic.
CAT is a dynamic, collaborative approach that blends cognitive and relational insights to promote deep personal transformation.
CAT is an effective, time-limited therapeutic approach that helps you to explore and understand the unhelpful patterns in your lifewhether in your relationships, work, or emotional wellbeing. By identifying the ways your past experiences and current struggles are connected, CAT helps you gain greater self-awareness, change negative thinking, and develop helpful coping strategies.
How CAT Can Help You:
Uncover Unhelpful Patterns: Together, we'll explore the ways your early life experiences may be shaping your current thoughts and actions.
Build Self-Understanding: Gain clarity on how ADHD or mental health struggles affect you, and develop strategies to cope effectively.
Achieve Lasting Change: Using a practical, collaborative approach, CAT will guide you in developing new, healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
