About me

Dr Grey is a HPCP registered psychologist and is passionate about providing high quality psychological healthcare to children, adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience in both the NHS and private practice supporting those with mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias and OCD.

Dr Grey is the Clinical Director of the Purple House Clinic Birmingham, a nationwide network of clinics that offers a range of evidence-based interventions and assessments. She offers sessions from peaceful, professional therapy rooms or online.

Dr Grey uses a range of psychological approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy CBT, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy CFT. Dr Grey supports individuals to understand their experiences and to explore ways to overcomes challenges and barriers to a fulfilled life.
