About me

Mr James Davis graduated from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1990 and completed general surgical training in London. His specialist Orthopaedic training was in the South Thames (West) Region. Mr Davis was fellowship trained at the University of Johns Hopkins, Baltimore, USA.

Mr Davis gained his FRCS (Tr and Orth) accreditation in 2000 and in 2001 was appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Torbay Hospital. Mr Davis started a specialist foot and ankle service in South Devon and runs the South West Foot and Ankle Centre. As the sole foot and ankle surgeon in South Devon, Mr Davis has gained extensive experience in the whole spectrum of adult foot and ankle disorders and runs a single handed non union and lower limb deformity correction service. Mr Davis has published on foot and ankle surgery.
