About me
I graduated from St. George's, University of London with distinction. I undertook postgraduate training in both respiratory and intensive care medicine in London and was awarded a PhD in molecular microbiology from Imperial College in 2003.
I have been a consultant chest physician since 2004. I have a broad experience in all aspects of respiratory and general internal medicine. I often see referrals from other consultant colleagues for specialist advice.
I have developed medical high dependency, sleep services, endobronchial ultrasound, bedside pleural ultrasound and outpatient insertion of indwelling pleural catheters.
I was awarded the MBE in the New Year's Honours 2021 for services to the NHS during Covid-19.
