About me

Hello, I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience of working therapeutically with adults and older adults with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety (including social phobia and panic disorder), trauma, sleep difficulties, grief, loss, adjustment, long covid, and interpersonal difficulties.

I also have extensive experience of carrying out neuropsychological assessments for a range of presentations including query dementia cases and cognitive difficulties in relation to Long Covid and other health conditions. I also have experience working with carers of people who have a diagnosis of dementia.

I always work at the client's pace and strive to create a safe and supportive space for all my clients. I aim to help my clients to understand the origin of their difficulties and what factors are maintaining these difficulties. This understanding helps to inform the intervention that will help us to work collaboratively towards your treatment goals. Therapeutic approaches I use:

Solution-Focused Therapy.

I can currently see clients during the day. I offer in person appointments at a convenient city centre accessible clinic room in Glasgow with good transport links and parking nearby. I also offer remote (video) for clients who prefer to access therapy from their own home.
