About me

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, sleep difficulties, health-related concerns, or the impact of a significant life event, it can be difficult to know where to turn. You may feel trapped in patterns that no longer serve you, disconnected from what matters most, or unsure how to regain a sense of control.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I aim to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where you can feel heard, understood, and valued. Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing, develop a deeper understanding of your experiences, and identify practical ways to move forward. My goal is to help you build resilience, regain confidence, and create lasting change so that you can live a life that feels meaningful and worthwhile.
