About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist who provides evidence-based interventions for a range of difficulties including anxiety, bereavement/loss, depression, loneliness, low self-esteem, phobias, complex trauma, work-related stress and eating disorders.

I have experience working from a range of different therapeutic modalities with both children and adults. I see everyone as unique. I am passionate about tailoring my approach to meet the specific needs of my individual clients. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their difficulties and I believe in the importance of collaborative decision-making. My clients' wellbeing is central, every step of the way.
