About me

I am a psychotherapist with over 15 years' worth of experience working within mental health. I started my working career with children and young people, progressing into working with adults, offering both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).

CBT is an evidence-based therapy to help manage stress, anxiety, bulimia, post-traumatic stress, phobias (including agoraphobia and social) and depression. CBT may also help if you have difficulties with anger, a low opinion of yourself, or physical health problems.

IPT helps people who are experiencing problems with their relationships. It typically focuses on the following relationship areas:
 Conflict with another person.
Big life changes that affect how you feel about yourself and others.
 Grief and loss (including bereavement).
Difficulty in starting or keeping relationships going.

Hampshire ADHD
I became interested in ADHD after years of working with depression and anxiety realising a huge component of an individual's formulation was missing. Working a lot with low self-esteem, feelings of feeling like an outsider, or not good enough and generally feeling overwhelmed with life I became interested in becoming more of a specialist to help with my client's undiagnosed ADHD.

I have recently opened a clinic where we offer holistic approach to helping people discover and manage their ADHD. We offer assessment, diagnosis, pharmacological and psychological treatment.
