About me

I am a fully accredited Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, and I'm here to help you either whether you are feeling lost, in a personal crisis or when you want to understand more about why you are the way you are...

I work in ways that may help you link past events and pattens to your present feelings or behaviour. I work using many of the latest techniques in Psychotherapy to help my clients gain better control of their feelings and help bring improvements to their relationships and resolve ongoing issues.

As well as using traditional talking therapy techniques I also am trained in other methods to work with traumatic memories and limiting beliefs such as EMDR -Brainspotting and Rewind Therapy.

I work face to face in Cromer or where it may be more convenient for you online via a secure video software.
