About me
Dr Priyanka Patel is a highly qualified clinician and experienced specialist in ambulatory gynaecology and sexual & reproductive health. She is a respected consultant ambulatory gynaecologist at London Gynaecology and at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB,BChir) degree from the University of Cambridge. She is a Member of the College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (MCSRH) and Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and holds diplomas from prestigious institutions such as the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
Dr Patel has undertaken extensive training and professional development in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, including special skills modules in ultrasound, accreditation as a colposcopist from the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology and becoming a faculty registered trainer for the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare.
Dr Patel trained in sexual and reproductive healthcare at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, during which she gained invaluable experience in a range of areas including contraception, sexual health and gynaecology. She has also been an honorary consultant and performed weekly ultrasound scanning sessions in the Gynaecology Diagnostic and Outpatient treatment unit at University College Hospital.
Dr Patel is a highly dedicated and compassionate doctor who is committed to providing exceptional care to her patients. She has a keen interest in sexual and reproductive health education and has contributed to research studies and publications in the field.
