About me

Hi! I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor.
Beyond the mental health knowledge I bring on board I aim to offer a safe, trustworthy and culturally sensitive presence in the sessions. I have worked with a variety of issues such as: anxiety, depression, emotional and cultural issues, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, abuse, loss, difficult life events and stress.

Also, I have experience working in Brazil and in England. I started working with clients in 2014 and my work is underpinned by Gestalt Therapy, Jungian Psychology, EMDR and the Trauma Informed Approach.
