About me

I am an open-minded person who enjoys helping people through life's challenges. I have previously worked in HR for many years and have a great understanding of the challenges work life can bring to the table. I have supported clients who have anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, relationship concerns, bipolar disorder, and low self-esteem. I have a particular interest in couples therapy and relationship issues. I have training to see both couples and individuals. I am qualified with a BACP accredited Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from Highgate Counselling Centre. I have completed the following courses:



Tavistock certificate in Couples Therapy

PCE Counselling for depression
