About me

I am a Chartered Specialist Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience, dedicated to providing a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, heard, and held. Whether you are navigating long-standing challenges or sudden life transitions and events, my goal is to provide a space where you can make sense of your experiences and move toward your hopes for the future.
