About me

I am a chartered counselling psychologist and CAT Psychotherapist ( 17+ years) and a former NHS psychology lead in the eating disorders service. I am also a BPS accredited supervisor. I have been in personal therapy myself for number of years. I offer NICE recoemnded as well as holistic therapy treatments in a safe and supportive environment. I aim to empower and equip people with skills and insights into their difficulties towards getting their lives back on track. I have many years of experience in mental health including eating disorders, personality disorders, depression and anxiety, trauma and PTSD, alongside self-esteem, raltionships problems, addictions, anger issues, work problems, marital difficulties, neurodiveristy and many more. I offer variety of therapeutic approaches and run my own DBT Groups.
