About me

I have training and experience working with clients suffering from Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Bereavement and Trauma.

I work online via Zoom and also offer counselling and psychotherapy face to face in Southend, Essex.

I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework . I am accredited by the NCPS and follow their Code of Ethical Practice. I also follow the UKATA Code of Ethics.

Your confidentiality is completely assured and we will both sign a confidentiality agreement at your first session.
