About me

I am an experienced therapist offering psychological therapies. I am committed to safe, ethical and professional evidence-based psychological care. I'm a fully qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapist and owner at Your Therapy with Jess.

Thinking about therapy is often a courageous first step that you may have been meaning to take for a while, and may well come paired with some anticipatory anxiety. I have worked with people experiencing emotional difficulties or distress for almost 15 years, who have varying needs and goals, which we can discuss as a first step to ease your anxiety and help you feel more comfortable.

I offer a safe, professional, friendly and confidential service for people who are experiencing distress or struggling to move forward with their lives in some way. This might include anxiety, low mood or depression; lack of confidence or the after effects of distressing experiences or trauma.
