About me

I am a Senior Counselling Psychologist working in the NHS and in private practice.

I have over 20 years experience in offering psychological support for a wide range of mental health difficulties and concerns. Coming from a multi-cultural context, I have considerable experience in working with adults from different backgrounds and across various settings. My overall therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based.
