About me

I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and an accredited member of the BACP and NCPS. I am trained in a variety of counselling techniques which allows me to work according to the individual client's needs and issues. I currently work in private practice providing one to one counselling for adult clients. I provide a safe welcoming and confidential space where clients can talk about whatever is on their mind.

I have previously worked with the NHS in a GP surgery and within IAPT providing short-term counselling and with a women's charitable trust.

I work with adult clients in a variety of areas including anxiety; depression; bereavement; low confidence; relationship issues; stress.
