I have over 25 years of working as a therapist. My approach is pluralist but fundamental is grounded in humanist practice.
My private practice has been well-established for 20 years, during this time I have helped hundreds of individuals cope with a range of difficulties including relationship difficulties, pain management and the psychological effects of poor mental health
During the initial session, we will discover what you wish to achieve from the sessions and find strategies to help you achieve this.
I work a lot with trauma and can help people repair these wounds.
I have also been a school counselling service's founder, manager, and director. The clinical lead of several charities including a rape crisis centre and a charity supporting those affected by cancer.
