About me

Hi I have over 20 years experience in Mental Health services. I have been formally trained in evidence based CBT treatments for common disorders from depression through to single incident trauma, in addition I have specialised in more complex problems including Personality Disorder, Psychosis and Bipolar Disorder.

I have a substantive role as a course director on a specialist CBT Training course, educating practitioners to deal with complex disorders. This ensures my clinical practice is based on research evidence. I also provide specialist consultancy for co-existing neurodiversity and mental health disorders.
