About me

I am a UK registered, Counselling Psychologist based in Bath, England.

I provide both remote and in-person psychological therapy sessions, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming (EMDR) and executive coaching to adults aged 18 and over.

I work with all kinds of psychological and emotional concern. I aim to help clients achieve self-awareness, make changes, increase resilience, develop new coping skills, try out new perspectives, spot their patterns and behaviours and ultimately - bring relief from stress and distress and enhanced quality of life.

Psychotherapy helps with emotional intelligence, emotional regulation, confidence, life goals and all types of relationship. EMDR improves distress and resolves trauma and emotional blocks.

We often struggle with problems alone and find it difficult to talk to others. We might worry we will upset them by talking to them or fear we will be misunderstood. We can also become self-critical when we are struggling and kick ourselves when we are down.
