About me

Thankyou for viewing my BUPA profile, feel free to text or email me. I work online via telephone and videocall plus face to face and will do my very best to offer a suitable appointment including evening and weekends. My background includes extensive experience working alongside the NHS managing complex caseloads. Due to this, I decided to obtain my counselling degree, qualified 7 years ago and then set up my private practice. I enjoy working with all ages from 12 upwards. My caseload includes neuro diverse, disabled and welcome LGBT. I welcome everyone. I am a keen sportsperson and competed in the World Police Fire games in Canada 2023 where I won the gold for CrossFit, prior to this I competed in Triathlons. Now I am concentrating on building my practice.
