I am a qualified and BACP accredited therapist working in private practice, offering a compassionate and supportive environment for individuals seeking therapy. I provide flexible therapeutic services, including face-to-face, telephone, and online sessions, to make it easier for you to access the help you need, regardless of your location.
Based in a peaceful, rural village setting, I offer a warm and welcoming space where clients can feel safe to explore their concerns. My approach is person-centred and integrative, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This allows me to tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of each individual, working collaboratively to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in your life.
I am neurodiverse-aware and sensitive to the needs of individuals with neurodivergent conditions. I offer support for a wide range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and much more.
