About me

Hello and thank you for visiting my page.

I am an experienced and compassionate Person-Centred Counsellor (BACP Accredited) who offers counselling to adults and young people (aged 11 - 18 years old) in person at my counselling room in East Kilbride (near Glasgow) and also online.

For many of us life can be challenging at times which is why choosing the right counsellor for you or your child if of great importance.

I truly believe that successful counselling is dependent on the relationship between counsellor and client.

Whether you are an adult or a young person I will work to form a relationship based on trust, and taking small steps towards making a positive change in their life.

In addition to being in Private Practice I also work with young people as a school counsellor, and prior to becoming a Counsellor I worked in industry and spent many years volunteering in the mental health sector
