Hi, my name is Ozzy. I am a pluralistic therapist with a passion for helping adults overcome their mental health challenges. Pluralistic therapy values the unique experiences and perspectives of each client and aims to empower them to make informed choices about their therapeutic path.

As both a registered member of the National Counselling Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to every session. With years of experience working as a Primary Care Networker (PCN) in GP practices, I am well-equipped to help clients navigate a wide range of mental health issues.
