About me

I work from a lovely office in St. Albans. Within my practise I use different counselling approaches depending on what your needs are. Including Cognitive Behavioural therapy - CBT, Solution Focused and Psychodynamic Therapy.

I have been working with clients for over 10 years, helping clients who are experiencing a variety of mental health issues, challenges and difficulties in their lives.
Every person is unique; therefore, it is important to establish a way of working, which is tailored to and suitable for each individual client.
