About me

I'm a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 12 years of clinical experience within NHS and private practice settings. I have a proven track record in providing integrated and evidence-based psychological care, specialising in complex cases, including those who work within high-pressure environments such as the financial, legal and aviation sector. I have particular expertise in offering culturally sensitive treatments for clients from asian and ethnic minority backgrounds, tailoring treatment interventions to address their unique cultural and psychological needs and goals.
