About me

The core approach that I use is person centred counselling; I am empathic, genuine, open and non-judgmental.

I'm an open person in life and this is reflected in my counselling. Sometimes I have shared with client's how I have helped myself to move on and this has helped normalise the client's situation and has in turn helped them to heal and move on.

I have lots of experience of working with autism, I have counselled many people with ASD and I previously worked for 8 years as an autism support worker.

I'm pro-active with my counselling approach as I have worked in solution-focussed environments with limited sessions and I find that this helps with a positive shift in the therapeutic progress.
If you work well by setting yourself goals then this is something that we can work on together.

I have a passion for men's mental health and I have dedicated my website for men's mental health, I also have a lot of experience of counselling female's.
